"Crew neck tops can provide a real challenge to protect the neck and upper chest area from sun. What I really lke about the Solbari gaiter is he curved shaping at the lower edge. It covers the gap that is usually left exposed by traditional shaped gaiters. The other fabulous element of this gaiter is the fabric is nearly totally natural and not plastic"

It’s very comfy & particularly handy when I don’t want to be slathered in sunblock & it takes up no space in a pocket. With a cap or hat it provides total protection for your face & neck & has already proved its worth on a few days when I’ve been exposed to the sun for a full day & it hasn’t been a chore to wear. A very simple idea very well done. Has to be said it isn’t cheap but will surely more than justify the outlay over time. Highly recommended versatile item!"

"My partner and I measured our head circumferences and chose the smaller size but both found it a bit too tight, probably should have got the larger size. I understand they need to be relatively fitted in order to stay up though. I have since decided this style of sun protection is a bit too restrictive for me - I prefer the mask.
